How to Check-In for Campus Arrival

To Check In to your campus before arrival, please use the following methods below including via website, mobile app, or text reminder.

Check-In via Website

1. In a browser (Google Chrome Recommended), using the URL bar, please go to https://wcui.apricity-health.com/.
2. Enter your work or student email and password.
3. Click the Submit button.
4. A prompt will appear asking if you want to Check-In. Click the Yes button.
   • If the prompt does not appear, you may Check-In by clicking the Check-In button.
5. In the Check-In section, answer each question and click the Submit button to move to the next question.
6. Once all questions are submitted, your probability results will appear. You'll be permitted to be onsite or denied to be onsite. Click the Acknowledge button to proceed.
   • If permitted to be onsite, you may arrive onsite at your campus.
   • If denied to be onsite, please contact [e-mail].
7. You may now log out of Apricity using the left navigation menu and click the Log Out button.

Check-In via Mobile App (Apricity@Work)

1. In the Apricity@Work app, click the Check-In button.
2. Answer each question and click the Submit button to move to the next question.
3. Once all questions are submitted, your probability results will appear. You'll be permitted to be onsite or denied to be onsite. Click the Acknowledge button to proceed.
   • If permitted to be onsite, you may arrive onsite at your campus.
   • If denied to be onsite, please contact [e-mail].
4. You may now log out of Apricity@Work app using the top-left navigation menu and click the Sign Out button.
